- 2 lb. squash
- 2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. c. sour cream
Directions

1Chop squash and cook in salted water until tender.

2Add soup, onion and sour cream.

3Melt butter in pan and stir in stuffing mix. Place a layer of the buttered stuffing mix in a casserole dish. Add the squash and top with another layer.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
