- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 to 2 carrots, grated
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. Pepperidge Farm seasoned dressing crumbs
Directions

1Slice squash and cook until tender.

2Mash in colander with a fork and let set to drain.

3Combine squash, onion, carrots, sour cream, soup and 1/4 cup melted butter.

4Pour 1/2 cup of melted butter over crumbs and toss.
