Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 to 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. Pepperidge Farm seasoned dressing crumbs

Directions

    Slice squash and cook until tender.

    Mash in colander with a fork and let set to drain.

    Combine squash, onion, carrots, sour cream, soup and 1/4 cup melted butter.

    Pour 1/2 cup of melted butter over crumbs and toss.
