- 2 c. squash
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. cheese, shredded
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Boil squash and onion until tender; then drain and mash cooked squash.

2Add other ingredients and mix well.

3Pour into greased 1-quart casserole dish and bake at 375° for about 40 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
