  • 2 c. squash
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. cheese, shredded
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1 c. evaporated milk

Directions

    Boil squash and onion until tender; then drain and mash cooked squash.

    Add other ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into greased 1-quart casserole dish and bake at 375° for about 40 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
