  • 3 c. yellow squash, cooked, drained and mashed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion, chopped fine (raw)
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned herb stuffing
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Salt and pepper squash to taste.

    Melt margarine; mix with stuffing mix.

    Pour layer (1/2 mix) in bottom of casserole.

    Mix all other ingredients; pour over stuffing mix.

    Sprinkle with remaining stuffing.

    Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
