- 3 c. yellow squash, cooked, drained and mashed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, chopped fine (raw)
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned herb stuffing
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Salt and pepper squash to taste.

2Melt margarine; mix with stuffing mix.

3Pour layer (1/2 mix) in bottom of casserole.

4Mix all other ingredients; pour over stuffing mix.

5Sprinkle with remaining stuffing.

6Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
