  • 6 c. squash, cooked
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 pkg. herbed bread crumbs

Directions

    Cook squash.

    Blend onion, soup, sour cream and carrots with squash.

    Melt butter and pour over bread crumbs.

    Put half of bread crumbs in bottom of greased baking dish.

    Add squash mixture.

    Top with remaining bread crumbs.

    Bake for 30 or 35 minutes at 350°.
