- 1 lb. squash
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Cook squash tender.

2Drain and add salt and pepper to taste and beaten egg.

3Fold in all other ingredients.

4Put in buttered casserole dish.

5Top with buttered crumbs.

6Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.
