- 2 to 3 lb. squash
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 c. milk
- 10 crushed crackers
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- grated cheese
Directions

1Cook squash in salt and water until tender.

2Drain.

3Mash with fork.

4Saute onion in butter.

5Mix squash, onion, milk, crackers and eggs.

6Top with grated cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
