Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked squash, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 small container sour cream or use 2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning
- 1/2 block butter, heated and add to herb seasoning
Directions

1Drain cooked squash.

2In a bowl mix soup, carrots, onion and sour cream.

3In a 2-quart casserole, combine the soup mixture with the squash.

4Melt 1/2 block or stick of butter.

5Mix with 1/2 package of herb seasoning.

6Place the herb seasoning mixture on top.

7Cook 45 minutes at 350° or until bubbly.
