Squash Casserole

  • 3 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1/4 stick oleo
  • 16 crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Boil squash 15 minutes; drain well.

    Put in casserole dish. Add onions, soup, sour cream, pepper and salt.

    Put oleo over top. Cover with crushed crackers.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.

    Remove foil and bake one minute.
