- 3 lb. yellow squash
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1/4 stick oleo
- 16 crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Boil squash 15 minutes; drain well.

2Put in casserole dish. Add onions, soup, sour cream, pepper and salt.

3Put oleo over top. Cover with crushed crackers.

4Cover with foil.

5Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.

6Remove foil and bake one minute.
