Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing

Directions

    Stir all ingredients together with 1 cup of the corn bread stuffing. Put in a casserole dish and bake at 300° for 30 minutes. Cut up 1/2 stick margarine into remaining stuffing.

    Sprinkle on top of casserole and bake an additional 10 minutes.
