  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 1 c. milk, scalded
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. pimento, diced
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. diced onions
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Drain squash.

    Scald milk and butter.

    Beat eggs slightly. Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
