Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. oleo
  • 6 yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
  • 1/2 (4 oz.) green chilies
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute onions in oleo in skillet until tender.

    Add to boiled and drained squash.
  3. 3
    Add rest of ingredients except save 1/2 cup of cheese to sprinkle on top.

    Pour in greased casserole and bake 30 minutes in 350° oven.
