- 1 (18 oz.) pkg. yellow squash or equivalent of fresh
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. medium white sauce
- 1/2 c. grated American cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. buttered crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in very little salted water; drain. Combine with white sauce, cheese and eggs.

2Turn into greased baking dish.

3Sprinkle with crumbs and Parmesan.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
