- 1 lb. yellow squash (summer squash)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 egg
- 1 c. grated cheese (yellow Cheddar)
- 1/4 stick margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook squash until tender; drain and mash.

2Mix sugar, mayo, onion, egg, salt and pepper together.

3Then add squash.

4Place in casserole dish and top with grated cheese and margarine.

5Cook at 350° for 35 minutes.
