  • 4 medium squash, cubed
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 egg
  • margarine

Directions

    Boil squash until tender; drain well.

    Mix all ingredients in casserole dish and dot with margarine.

    Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
