- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 egg
- margarine
Directions

1Boil squash until tender; drain well.

2Mix all ingredients in casserole dish and dot with margarine.

3Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
