  • 1 qt. squash (8 to 9 squash or two 16 oz. cans), salted, cooked, drained and mashed
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Grease casserole dish, 9 x 12-inch.

    Sprinkle Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix on bottom.

    Add mixture.

    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
