- 4 medium squash, diced or sliced
- 3/4 c. grated carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 c. onion and garlic croutons
Directions

1Cook squash about 15 minutes or until tender; drain.

2Saute carrots and onion in butter until tender.

3Add soup, sour cream and 1/2 cup croutons.

4Combine with squash.

5Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

6Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

7Sprinkle with 1/2 cup croutons on top and bake 15 minutes longer.
