- 1 1/2 lb. yellow summer squash, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 small onions, finely chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 stick margarine, softened
Directions

1Steam squash and onions until tender.

2Drain very well. Combine soup, sour cream, cheese and squash.

3Add margarine to stuffing mix.

4In a casserole dish, alternate layers of stuffing and squash, beginning and ending with stuffing mix.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes until heated through.
