- 2 c. yellow squash
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 c. oleo, melted
- 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook squash 5 to 6 minutes and drain.

2Mix onion, egg, salt, pepper, oleo and cracker crumbs.

3Gently add squash.

4Pour into a casserole dish and bake about 20 minutes.

5Sprinkle top with cheese and bake about 10 more minutes or until cheese melts and is slightly brown.
