- 1 qt. squash
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook squash and onion together until tender and then drain. Melt butter and pour into casserole dish.

2Mix together egg, milk, salt and pepper.

3Add drained squash.

4Add cracker crumbs, leaving enough to cover top.

5Bake in oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown at 350°.
