- 8 c. thinly sliced squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 pkg. chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing
- 2 medium chopped onions
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Cook squash and onions for 5 minutes in salt water; drain well.

2Mix soup and sour cream in a mixing bowl; stir in carrots. Set aside.

3Add squash and onions. In a pot, melt butter; add bread crumbs and seasonings.

4Put 1/2 stuffing mix on bottom of casserole dish.

5Pour sour cream mixture in.

6Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top.

7Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
