  • 1 qt. diced squash
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (mild)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Pepperidge stuffing

Directions

    Cook squash until tender; drain.

    Cream butter and other ingredients to squash.

    Pour into casserole dish and add Pepperidge stuffing on top.

    Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
