Ingredients
- 1 lb. squash
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. chopped pimento (1 small jar)
- 1/2 stick margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped onion (or less)
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. or more cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook squash until tender.

2Drain, mash and mix with other ingredients.

3Pour into casserole dish.

4Top with crumbs.

5Dot with margarine.

6Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until browned.
