- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 c. squash (acorn or butternut)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- pinch of salt
- pinch of soda
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- cinnamon
Directions

1Cook squash and mash.

2Melt butter or margarine in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

3Mix squash with all ingredients but cinnamon.

4Mix well, pour into baking dish.

5Sprinkle with cinnamon.

6Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes.
