- 2 lb. squash, boiled
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Melt butter and pour over stuffing.

2Mash squash in bowl and add all other ingredients.

3Line 1/2 of the stuffing into the casserole dish.

4Add squash mixture.

5Top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
