  • 2 lb. squash, boiled
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Melt butter and pour over stuffing.

    Mash squash in bowl and add all other ingredients.

    Line 1/2 of the stuffing into the casserole dish.

    Add squash mixture.

    Top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
