Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 small squash (yellow or zucchini)
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bouillon cube or 1 Tbsp. granular
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook squash until tender, then mash.

    Combine all ingredients. Bake for 15 minutes at 350° in buttered medium casserole dish.
