- 1 lb squash (sliced in rounds or chopped)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 salt (to taste)
- 1 black pepper (to taste)
Directions

1Boil until squash is tender using just enough water to cover ingredients then drain and put in a medium-sized bowl

3Stir all ingredients and pour into 8x8 casserole dish.

4Optional - Sprinkle bread crumbs and shredded cheese on top of casserole.

5Bake 30 minutes at 345F.
