- 3 lbs yellow squash
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup margarine or 12 cup butter
- 12 cup vigo breadcrumbs
- 1 -4 tablespoon sugar, to taste
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Cut squash and onion.

2Boil together until tender.

3Drain well.

4Mash.

5Add eggs, salt, pepper, sugar, and half the margarine/butter.

6Pour mixture into baking dish.

7Melt remaining margarine/butter and put on top of mixture.

8Cover with bread crumbs and bake at 375 degrees until brown (about 1 hour).
