  • 3 c. cooked squash, mashed (can microwave and chunk)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (optional)
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 small Pepperidge Farm herb dressing

Directions

    Butter casserole dish.

    Sprinkle part of Pepperidge Farm dressing mix to line bottom of dish.

    Add all ingredients and mix and put into casserole.

    Cover with remaining dressing.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
