  • 2 lb. squash, sliced, stewed and cooked with salt until tender
  • 1 whole carrot, coarsely grated
  • 1 onion, cut up fine
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 4 oz. seasoned herb stuffing

Directions

    Mix ingredients, putting half the seasoned crumbs in the mixture.

    Put in buttered shallow casserole dish.

    Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.

    Cook at 350°

    until hot and bubbling, about 30 minutes.
