- 1 lb. squash
- 1 large onion
- 2 c. American cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- cream of mushroom soup
- 3 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Directions

1Cook squash and onion together until tender; drain and smash. Add cheese, milk and butter.

2Add eggs, salt and pepper.

3You can add cream of mushroom soup, if you like.

4Sprinkle stuffing on bottom of dish, then pour mixture on top.

5Make 3 layers.

6For top layer, sprinkle stuffing on top, melt some margarine and pour on top of stuffing.

7Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
