  • 1 qt. squash
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 egg
  • dash of sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 stick butter
  • corn bread (1/2 c. or until liquids are absorbed)
  • sage to taste

Directions

    Cook squash and onion together until tender and drain off water.

    Add egg, sugar, salt, pepper, butter, corn bread crumbs and sage.

    Place in a baking dish and bake at 450° until brown.
