- 3 lb. squash, cooked and drained
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge herb season mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until done.

2Drain and mash.

3Add grated carrot and sour cream.

4Mix well. Melt margarine and add to herb season mix.

5Mix well.

6Line bottom of Pyrex dish with 1/2 of season mix mixture.

7Pour squash mixture on top of season mix. Top with remaining 1/2 season mix and bake at 325° for approximately 25 minutes.
