- 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced and cooked
- salt and pepper
- 1 raw grated carrot
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix squash, salt, pepper, carrot, sour cream, soup and onion. Melt margarine and mix with stuffing.

2Put 1/2 of stuffing on the bottom of casserole.

3Add squash mixture and top with remaining stuffing mix.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

5Serves 4 to 6. This freezes well, also.
