- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen squash or 20 oz. fresh
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, grated or minced
- 1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Cook squash in small amount of water until done and drain. Mix all ingredients together.

2Place in casserole dish.

3Sprinkle top with buttered crumbs.

4Bake 45 minutes or until set at 350°.
