- 2 lb. squash, sliced
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 box chicken stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Slice squash and onion.

2Boil for 3 minutes.

3Mix cream cheese, soup, carrots and milk.

4Stir until creamy.

5Melt butter in pan and add seasoning packet from stuffing mix.

6Simmer about 10 minutes and add croutons.

7Sprinkle croutons on bottom of pan. Add squash and onion to creamy mixture.

8Pour in pan on croutons. Sprinkle some croutons on top and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
