- 2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1 stick butter
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1/4 pkg. herb seasoning stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)
- 1 large onion, chopped
Directions

1Cook squash, mash and season.

2Add sour cream, soup, butter, carrot, onion and add herb seasoning, crumbled.

3Spoon into well-greased casserole dish, size 9 x 12-inch.

4Spread a few herb seasoning crumbs to top.

5Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes.

6Makes 8 to 12 servings.
