Squash Casserole

  • 2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1/4 pkg. herb seasoning stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 1 large onion, chopped

Directions

    Cook squash, mash and season.

    Add sour cream, soup, butter, carrot, onion and add herb seasoning, crumbled.

    Spoon into well-greased casserole dish, size 9 x 12-inch.

    Spread a few herb seasoning crumbs to top.

    Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Makes 8 to 12 servings.
