- 2 lb. squash, cooked
- 3 Tbsp. onions, chopped
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. saltine crackers, crushed
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mash squash up.

2Add eggs, 1/2 cup crackers, 1/4 cup butter, milk, onions, cheese, salt and pepper.

3Mix well.

4Pour into casserole and top with 1/4 cup melted butter.

5Sprinkle 1/2 cup crackers on top.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until brown around edges.

7You may garnish with cheese, if desired.
