Squash Casserole

  • 3 c. cooked squash
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 oz. pimiento, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. (1 can) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 pkg. herb dressing (cube style)
  • 1 carrot, grated

Directions

    Mix half of dressing with margarine.

    Line casserole dish with mixture.

    Combine rest of ingredients and add the rest of dressing.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until bubbly and a little brown.

    Freezes well.
