- 2 to 3 onions
- 2 carrots, grated
- 10 to 12 squash, sliced
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- sour cream
Directions

1Saute onions in oleo.

2Grate carrots and saute.

3Add squash and saute.

4Cook about 25 minutes.

5Add dressing mix and sour cream. Pour into a casserole dish.

6Top with cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
