  • 2 to 3 onions
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 10 to 12 squash, sliced
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • sour cream

Directions

    Saute onions in oleo.

    Grate carrots and saute.

    Add squash and saute.

    Cook about 25 minutes.

    Add dressing mix and sour cream. Pour into a casserole dish.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
