Squash Casserole

  • 2 lb. summer squash, sliced and cooked
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Directions

    Mix squash, onion, margarine, soup, sour cream, salt,

    pepper and 2/3 cup of stuffing mix.

    Pour in casserole dish and bake at 350° until set.

    Spread remaining stuffing mix on top of casserole and dot with margarine.

    Cook until brown on top.
