- 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 c. herb dressing mix
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender. Drain and mash.

2Combine all ingredients except dressing.

3Put in buttered casserole. Sprinkle dressing on top.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

5Serves 6 to 8.
