  • 3 c. boiled squash
  • 3/4 c. onions, boiled with squash
  • 4 oz. cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 18 saltine crackers

Directions

    Crush 12 crackers and put in casserole dish.

    Add cooked squash with onions, cheese, eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Crumble remaining 6 crackers on top.

    Dot with margarine.

    Bake until brown.
