- 3 c. yellow squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 small jar pimento (optional)
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Save 1/2 of stuffing mix for top.

2Melt margarine; add stuffing mix, salt and pepper to taste.

3Cook squash until tender; drain.

4Mix all ingredients; top with remaining stuffing.

5Cover and cook 45 minutes at 350° until brown.
