  • 2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • butter
  • bread crumbs (Pepperidge Farm)

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients; blend with mixer.

    Pour into greased casserole dish.

    Top with crumbs and dot with butter.

    Bake at 350°, uncovered, 20 to 30 minutes.
