- 12 medium yellow squash
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- pinch of basil
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. salt
- grated cheese
- bread or cracker crumbs
- butter
Directions

1Cook squash in salted water until tender.

2Drain and break up, but do not mash.

3Brown green onions in butter and stir into the celery soup.

4Add eggs, bread crumbs and seasonings.

5Combine the soup mixture with the squash.

6Put into a buttered casserole and cover with the grated cheese and additional bread crumbs.

7Dot with butter.

8Cook at 375° for 45 minutes.

9Serves 8 to 10.
