  • 1 1/2 lb. fresh cooked crooked neck squash
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. white wine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread dressing (save part for topping)
