Ingredients
- 3 c. squash, drained
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Weight Watchers margarine
- 4 1/2 oz. cheese, shredded
- 4 oz. plain yogurt
- 4 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Mix together in blender the cottage cheese and yogurt.

2Boil squash until tender; drain and set aside.

3Saute celery, onions and green pepper until tender.

4Mix with squash.

5Add crackers, yogurt mixture, cheese and seasonings.

6Stir to mix.

7Bake in a casserole dish at 350° for 50 minutes.

8Should be brown on top. Makes 6 servings.
