- 2 lb. squash
- 1 small can pimiento
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 small onion
- 1 egg
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 16 saltine crackers
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in small amount of water until tender. Add mushroom soup, egg (well beaten), cheese, butter, salt, sugar and pimiento.

3Pour in greased 2-quart baking dish and bake 25 minutes at 350°.
