  • 2 lb. squash
  • 1 small can pimiento
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 16 saltine crackers

Directions

    Cook squash and onion in small amount of water until tender. Add mushroom soup, egg (well beaten), cheese, butter, salt, sugar and pimiento.

    Blend.

    Pour in greased 2-quart baking dish and bake 25 minutes at 350°.
