Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 medium squash
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • butter cracker crumbs for top
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Cook squash and onions until tender.

    Drain and mash with potato masher.

    Add cracker crumbs, milk, egg, salt and pepper. Put buttered cracker crumbs on top.

    Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
